releases, and print publications termed "submitted to" for an unlimited period.

I certify that I am the copyright owner of the original material I have submitted and will allow the right to be shared with this site.
3. I will not infringe upon or violate any copyright laws concerning the material I submit.

4. I agree to hold Leah Humphries and Pain2PowerPrinciple, harmless in any legal action that may be pursued in any court of law regarding the material I submit, or claims of personal injury.

5. I agree to be held solely responsible for any damages including court costs, that may be required to be paid in conjunction with any claims that may be brought for personal injury or copyright infringement.

6. I understand that Leah Humphries and Pain2PowerPrinciple retains the right not to use any material that promotes discrimination, hate, violence or is considered adult only content. I understand that any material that has been deemed unsuitable, will not be accepted for use in the site.

7. I understand and agree that no monetary compensation is offered for the use of any material I submit for use in the site.

8. I understand this agreement will remain in effect unless both parties agree otherwise.
